Quick question

A while back i was stupid enough to get scammed out of a account. I have the original account creation and verification emails. I was wondering if this was enough proof that the account is mine because other then the two emails i think i may have a few ZP receipts...Can i get help or is all hope lost? I can post a photo of the emails if needed as the password has been changed now and is kinda useless. And yes i have submitted a S-Ticket but as of yet no reply :'(
