Database problem?
Well Ok I bought some zp(sp back then) right after the August patch and I went over to the BM and used it on the crates, and I got 4 very valuable weapons(I wont name them for privacy). My game glitched after I took some screenshots. When I logged on the next day they were all gone without reimbursement. And I couldnt send support tickets because the site was down for a while, and after that z8 took over. So then I sent some tickets and support said that they would fix it, but later they said that nothing was wrong with my account. Is this a database error? I sent all the screenshots with proof. Any way to fix it?

Well I had a screenshot of my inventory as well. But they just say stuff like your account was fine, nothing was wrong with it. All the weapons were available after the August patch. What should I do? Everytime I try to send them a ticket they close it without warning. I want my weapons back.

If you are not going to give us the full story, then there is nothing we can do.
Posting everything here on the forum allows the MODs and GMs easier access to it, and an open line of communication. I assure you nothing is going to happen to you if you name off the guns you got. -

I find it really hard to believe that all you have are two fully repaired starting weapons, and then 4 ZP BM guns.
I'm just gonna call BS on it and leave it alone.

You have two "empty" bags (knife and grenade) and then your Kriss in your third bag all by itself?
Not to mention all the GP you have.

I say very suspicious. You block out the name to where even the [GM]s can't see it, you have the kriss in it's own bag with 2 other empty bags, your rank with nothing but starter weapons aren't helping, and the most odd thing is that you happen to take a picture of your inventory right before you lose 4 ZP guns. If you showed your name the [GM]s could match it with your ingame name. SO I SAY [GM]S MAKE HIM/HER SHOW YOU THE NAME IN THE PICTURE AND MATCH IT UP WITH THEIR INGAME NAME. If they pass that I would say they are legit. Other wise no.

This is a serious section, and you're clearly lying.
Weapon can't delete them selves, and this is the first time someone have this problem and this problem is impossible to happen.
If you don't block the name, and show us, and get a screen shot on the missing account, we can help you fix it.
So it shows that this in-game name really missing the weapons. -
WOW!!! I believe fully now that you tried to get these guns for free. Photoshopped, edited, or fixed which ever you prefer but I would like to believe that you can be banned for that. Stealing I guess, tried to get those items without paying. I don't know just makes me mad if he tried to get them unfairly.
Could we have the names of the guns? Nothing is gonna happen if we know the names.
