Xtrap Problem

Hi friends, im old in CF i left to play in 2 months and i began to play today zombie mode but i have a problem with Xtrap i was playing at the biohazhard map and in the last part when i have to use the snipers to kill the zombies on the roof and the Xtrap report a problem i tried 2 times with the antivirus and antivirus disabled with the 2 options i could not finish the map and later of this the internet browser said that can not connect i need help i wanna play
