"Send Error Report" in Zombie Mode
Some people are getting this error in Zombie Mode and it appears to be random.
This happens to people who haave enabled "Shadows" by changing a value in System.dat
To stop this from happening, you have to disable it altogether. Simply delete System.dat from Documents > Crossfire and then restart the game.
Alternate Solution: Open the System.dat file and reverse what you did to activate the shadows. The 6th number down will be a "1". Change that back to a "0". This will stop the "Client MFW Application" error you will get when restarting the game to create a new system.dat file and not reset all your settings.

what about the black screen that appears while loading into a game....z8games never released a patch without bugs
Theres always going to be bugs for any game. Especially something this scale. Its like that for every game, it cant be tested by such a wide audience as it would be upon release.
Deal with it. Any bugs this patch presented will be fixed -

i cant deal with it..it makes the game load in very long time and then..you have been moved to the lobby due to idling too much ! and im sure this zombie mode patch will make lots of hacks because its the first time bots enter the game...im afraid they make aimbot or some thing -
Giggletron is not staff, he's a Mod. He's trying to be helpful, even if it doesn't solve your problem it may solve the problem for someone else.so this is the way how z8games stuff help people (deal with it your self) nice help desk xD -

It will error at first, it will be missing the system.dat file you just deleted, but it will remake the file and you can start that way.
I will add the alternate solution aswell if its easier for some.
No this is only for those who ge the error whilst playing Zombie Mode only.
This IS a glitch as during testing, Saidin had shadows on too, but didnt disconnect. It will be fixed for those who really want the shadows. -
so shall we wait for the next month so they install new updates to fix this error ??
Obviously not... Its merely a bug with the shadows on one mode... its not game breaking. Just turn off shadows to play properly and wait for the fix. -

Technically this isn't a bug. The option in game is disabled for a reason, enabling it in the system.dat file for CF was cool for some players but it was still editing the files.
While this will get looked in to, no one is obligated to support this issue beyond telling you to not edit your Cross Fire files. -

ok mister gm we will not edit any of our cf files but we also cant wait over 10 minutes to load a game...and even if we wait a message appear at the end (you have been moved to the lobby due to idle for too long) which makes me mad and want smash the pc screen !

Yea PLEASE. Put up a solution to fix the black screen load up glitch or SOMETHING. Because I've been hit with it too. And one of my clan mates has the same problem and probably a hundred other people too -.- Please. Before the patch, it didn't take me more than 5 min to load a game its ridicoulous. The game is already half done when I join.
Z8, either come up with a solution for us, or patch the dam thing. Yea yea you fail patching hacks, but at least don't fail on little things like this.......the black screen is tickin me off.

Color black when entering a room
Hello I need some help [MOD] Giggletron or [GM] Saidin prove because when I enter a room charge, 2sec and then goes black screen and hard as about 1:30 min to load the game to start playing . A lot of my friends happened to others with longer maximum waiting 5min and others that puts black screen but charge you the room to play fast so I need your help as quickly as possible pa solve this problem. A thousand apologies for my English I'm Latino in Venezuela and did not talk much. Enfin this error occurred with the new Zombie mod. I never before happened. Sincerely, Gabriel
