My main was hacked...
I need to know, when creating a support ticket, which things do I choose.
Account > Account Administration (I think that's for the current account I am on)...
You see, I don't know which to place it under... I've looked at Guides for doing it, example... Hi's guide, but it doesn't have the 'Z8games' option there anymore...
Could someone help me out?

yeah i downloaded something... got klogged.
my fault i know, i have lots of screenshots of the acc, more info than the hackers have.
i just want to get this done asap, it took me more than a year to get LT Colonel on it.

You can use your pc without a anti-virus if you know were to enter and don't clcik on each link you see. -
i wouldn't sell my account, ever. i've put too much time and effort into it just to sell it? wtf, i ignored my avast anti-virus and i got what i deserved.
i didn't get clickjacked, no. i'm not completely stupid with computers. i didn't get clickjacked (they basically steal your information through a script and/or code on a webpage). i downloaded something, it said it was a trojan, i ignored it and kept going.
all i was asking for is help, Dot gave me that. there's no need to go around making assumptions on what i tried to do etc, i just told you. believe me or not, idc.
i just wrote a good 1000+ words in a support ticket, with evidence etc. that's how much i want my account back.

Looks like its too late for this but: keep your support tickets short and concise.
Don't use 1000 words if 10 would do the trick.
They don't really care how you lost the account, just whether or not you can prove that its yours - with ZP receipts, security information etc. -

i don't have zp receipts Dot, I used my mobile to purchase zp... therefore I needed to provide a lot of information to prove ownership... hopefully it'll go down well... i have lots of previous security info tho.
