I'm already on an all fem team called S0G--Shades Of Grey, and as some have stated, yes, an all girl team would be a small squad and to recruit only by invitation...we fit both descriptions: 4 members since May and recruit only by invitation. My current squadmates and I have been FPS gaming together since 2000 so we're pretty used to eachother's playing style.

If I may offer some advice:
1-Be selective and take only the best female players you can find to rep you, or those who have the potential to be great players.
2-Be patient, creating a solid team takes lots of TLC so hang in there. Trust and respect have to be earned and ya gotta bring some to get some.
3-Don't compramise your objective and always follow your instincts. Best example happened a few months ago in the formation of an all SPOP team---in the effort to grow quickly and rank-up their squad, they took quantity over quality and ended up disbanding within 3 weeks.

I would flirt but im afraid i would be flirting with a guy posing as a girl, or flirt with the avatar of someone's girlfriend. I like to stick to the girls i see in real life, much safer then.
