EG staff
Here is a list of suggestions that I think the owner can do to keep the draft much more efficient.
1. Demote Laundry for he is not professional at all and does not take his job seriously. He refuses to TV and just instantly bans Byuntaeng because he was getting his crosshair ready behind the wall to get a quick shot on someone called. He does not even know how to study replay.
2. Promote NeedleZ because he is the draft mod that is always present. I do not understamd why the Draft Mod is far more active and helpful than the 'Director'. He has good logic and last friday he was the only mod online.
3. Fix rules. I see flaws in your rules but I am not going to list them.
4. Hire better staffs. Reck and I are perfect for this position. We have experience in this game and we both know how to work vent. We are also goo at studying replays.
5. Common sense. The active draft mods clearly lacks this. First off, you can get DQ'd for any reason. Anything can be categorized as trash talk. I still remember there was a mod who was absolutely high and just got played by me on vent.

first off sir needlez has ghosted for TEAMS IN THE PAST AND PRESENT just saying that right off the bat.....second we will when the replay gets reviewed by other ppl.....third u team stacking in a draft to win lol......oh and some1 told me u let cheaters in snsd?

This is exactly the reason why you're a terrible staff member.
If you were smart (which you're not) you would know how to find cheats EVEN AFTER they get deleted.

2. You banned just because you think someone cheats.
3. Team stacking? We come in with same vent names almost every draft.
4. Name one cheater in SNSD
5. I know sica and he's not even good, you thinking he cheats makes you look even worse.
5. What does studying replay have to do with me wanting to tv in order to finalize my accusation.
6. Replays are not solid proof, without finding any you ban reck for cheating.
You watch replays to prove someone is not cheating. If you have the mindset to find proofs of the accused cheat, you will think he cheat when he makes nice shots.
Way to compare yourself to the worst, just because others draftsuck doesn't mean you need to follow their footsteps. No wonder drafts in EG gets worse. Old drafs died, you next too?
Shut up and learn to be a mod.
