Help?

Problem number 1:

Um I have recently had low FPS spikes from 6.2 FPS to 60.7 FPS, if I could find a program or do something to help with this it would be great. I have also tried Game Booster it helped a little but I still have this Lag issue it goes on and off from time to time from 1 minute to 5 it gets worse as I play MM, HM, and TDM with a lot of players. If someone could help that would be awesome.



Problem number 2:

Recently I downloaded Advanced System Care 4 (http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html) it's a great little download for fixing your computer up but when I click Turbo boost which basically shuts off some programs to make the system faster it wont let me play CF so if someone could figure that out that would be great to.

Notes:

I just used System Care to clean my computer and its totally clean of viruses and other stuff and its de-fragged (whatever that means?) so it should be pretty good Virus-wise.


Also if someone could guide me through this it would be best since I'm new to "fixing" stuff.

And my Ping on Alpha which is where I always go, is around 50 - 80 Ping.

I dare to say that your graphics card is maxed out, providing the maximum it can, however there can be heating issues with graphics and a direct negative coloration with fps. So you might first see that you are getting more that 3mb download speed and 512 upload speed on your internet connection. Secondly you might consider reformating your computer while only keeping core programs on your computer. When you download too many performance boosters they tend to confuse the computer and make simple tasks less efficient and more difficult to complete, causing more delay in between each frame you see.

Not too technical, but hopefully you have some foundations on understanding your problem.

I have advanced system care as well. When you use the "Maintain Windows" section on the circle, that cleans up everything that involvs your computer and the internet. Also wipes out internet history and cookies.

When you use the "Diagnose System" that means it's going through files that are on the system and cleans them. De-fragging means that it's organizing your Hard Drive so your PC can run programs smoother and faster.

What do you mean that it won't let you play CF? What errors occur?
