ZP purchase question

Hi guys,

I have a query about my account, I purchased some SP points literally a day before the game was transferred from Suba to yourselves and obviously a lot was going on so I didn't receive my points in account for some reason. I got no reply from Suba support and your support page is still not actually up and running yet so this seems the only place left to try.

Basically I logged a request through Paypal requesting my last payment back (about $9 I think which considering the 100's I have put in to support this game is really nothing) and almost immediately my account was frozen in game. "Fair enough" I thought is a sensible thing to do while investigating however that was over 2 weeks ago now and although I initially put some money in to my second account to play while this was ongoing I am dubious about putting any more in if there is a chance I will just get this account "disabled" again and lose everything on the account.

I am a regular depositer and am quite surprised this has been made in to such a big deal over such a small deposit, I would be happy either to get the points in my original account (or even better this one) or have my $9 back which I will put straight in to this second account anyway. Either way can someone let me know what is going on please as would just like to get back on with the game without these silly little issues.

  • Not heard anything back so far from email, paypal query, forum post or support form any other ideas out there?

  • OK, got an email back from Paypal at least! They said that as the item was "virtual or intangible" you have no kind of come back even if they don't provide you with whatever you paid for (worth noting).

    Not a huge deal as I said before the amount was so small I don't really care any more but I am still out an account that had my M4A1 custom and god knows how many tokens. Honestly guys is there no one reading these from Z8 that could at least acknowledge my existence here? If it is being looked at fair enough but have literally heard nothing from any attempts at contact, starting to think negative thoughts and we all know those lead to the dark side....
  • Sorry it seems that you haven't gotten a response back.

    It sounds like here that you might have expected an email directly from us? When you submit a support ticket we don't actually email people on their accounts. You have to come back to the website and the support site and check for an answer to your ticket there.


    There were VERY FEW cases (maybe yourself and a couple of others) that seemed to be affected by the switch.

    These are unique cases and have to be handled through the support system, but we should be able to find a resolution for you. As I said, there were one or two rare cases of points/money being lost in the mix-up. So I suggest checking to see if your ticket has been taken care of, if not PM one of the GM's and see if they can help push your case through.

    but WOW this is scarey, I have just found the reply to the ticket and it is this:-

    So the reply is now saying that even though no money has EVER been returned to me (not a huge problem) these guys are trying to RECHARGE me another $8.34 PLUS $10 bank penalty??? For a refund they have never given me......

    I have just rechecked both my paypal and bank acount and have DEFINATELY never had a penny back.

    It's a sad day when something that is meant to be fun and lighthearted is dragged down by this kind of thing. I will reply to the support ticket asking for clarification on this incase it is an honest mistake (tried phoning customer support but just get an automated message saying this user has not set up a voicemail box yet).

    As it stands I am basically having my account held ransom for ANOTHER $20...... fingers crossed I am misunderstanding this but will post resolution either way as I think this kind of thing speaks volumes about a company and people should know the outcome.

  • it sounds like an response given from another support staff that is given in general cases. Make sure to pm sadin about this issue and ask him to follow up. It would be helpful if you also prepare your case in regards to showing the proof of the paypal payment.

  • Woohooo, I got my account back :D , just logged in to have a quick check for any updates and one of my tickets (the one about missing points) had a reply saying they had been added so I tried logging in and its all back up and running with my ZP and GP points etc.

    Saidin I dont know if you had anything to do with this or if it was a coincidence it all got sorted within a day of you seeing this but if you did anything thank you very much as it looks like they have sorted whatever issues they had.

    Any way that's the end of it as far as I'm concerned, just gonna go say thanks on the ticket.
