paypal help!!!!! :(

okay i paid with paypal (connected to my debit) to buy zp when i confirmed it i pressed pay now and it said a link will pop up in 5 seconds.... and what poped up is erorr blah blah and i check my hotmail and it says money was taken out of my account! i didnt even get zp....

edit:what should i do cause i tryed 3 times =$20x3=$60 and no zp lol
