Problem With Ping

Hi, I play Crossfire for a long time, my ping was always 170 ~ 190, so after the last update it increased to 230 ~ 280

Why? Can you help?

Don`t play it anymore if your ping is above 120 ,or change server,where you come from?,and on what server you playing?
