Settings Issues

A friend of a friend of mine is having problems saving sound settings....no matter what it is saved to, when yu go back into options, errything is back to default. any suggestions?

he's tried saving settings, close CF, restart.....result: settings back to default
he's tried uninstalling CF and reinstalling CF.....result: no change..

any suggestions?

i think it did that sometimes to me and i had to keep switching the sound settings everytime i go into CF.

He should ensure, that he changed his keyboard language settings to English (USA).
Otherwise Crossfire wont be runing properly.
But for the changes.. theres nothing he can do about that, Crossfire always resets the keys, when he restarts his game.
