upload it to photobucket or another online site that can open up the img, and only the image in a new window. after you have done that your image should have several ways to access the image. make sure you copy the "Direct link" for the image(this is the url that when opened only shows the picture)

when puting it on the forum put [img*] infront of the link and [/img*] at the end. (without the *) Photoshop has this type of link already setup for you. in which just copy the code and past to a reply.

For example:

the following image is from photobucket using the imag code they provide you.
