[Suggestions] Sunday Night Drafts With David?
This is a rough draft of what I would like to see happen. The rules below are taken from the NESL Ruleset and modified for the drafts. Changes were made in the weapons list: Secondary Weapons, Grenades & Knifes.
Daily Pugs:
It has come to my attention that Daily Ran Pugs are in the interest of many CF Players. Unfortunately, we cannot and will not have somebody on Ventrilo 27/7. But what we can do is create rooms for user ran pugs. Team A vs Team B - Rooms can only have a maximum of 5 users. When an Administrator is on, they will be more then happy to start a pug for you. Pugging is about advertisement and if you want players to come, you need to advertise. Use Xfire, Clan Chat, Messaging system and forums to locate users to pug. More information will be released when the official Ventrilo for "Sunday Night Drafts With David" is released.
Draft Setup:
Draft Start Time: 10:00PM EST / Sunday Nights
Match Start Time: 10:15PM EST
The difference between the Draft Start Time & the Match Start Time is that all players who are interested in playing the draft must show up at the designated time. Between that time, the "Draft Waiting Room" will be open for the public. If your running late, you still have time but it is recommend to show up 15 minutes earlier to ensure a spot. (Especially for captains) Once 10:15 hits, the "Draft Waiting Room" will be locked and any additional players who show past the time will be placed as a Primary Ringer. "Secondary Ringers" will be for players who have already played. "Primary Ringers" will be placed for players who haven't played or have shown up late between the periods of 10:15 - 10:30 (Primary Marking Period). After the Primary Marking Period, you cannot enter primary ringers and you will put into the "Secondary Ringers" Channel. The time after 10:30PM will be known as the Secondary Marking period.
Team Creation:
- 1 Captain Per Team
- 2 Choices Per Captain
- Last Two Players Chosen by Randomization
- 5 Players Per Team In Total
Why Can't I choose my full team?
1. This allows us to start @ 10:15PM.
2. Allows more players to participate.
3. Prevents Team Stacking
4. Great way to meet others within our community.
Room Creation:
- Search & Destroy
- 7 Rounds
- 1st Person
- 16 Man Room
- 6 Spectating Spots
- Map: Given During Draft
General Rules:
1. Have fun! The draft is to come out and enjoy yourself.
2. Respect the Administrators running the draft.
3. No Spamming or Music Bots Permitted on Ventrilo.
4. No Hacking or Glitching
5. Respawning is Prohibited
Sportsmanlike Conduct:
The rule for this is pretty simple. If you don't disrespect an Administrator, then we have any problem with what you say or do to others. It's not our problem and we don't care what so and so said on Ventrilo or in game. Grow up and stop bching. I think this is the most stupidest way of trying to get a team DQ'd. Ignore them. Don't come crying to an Admin demanding a DQ on the other team because you can't take an insult.
If you feel that a player is harassing you in game, by all means please contact Z8Games through support and they will be more then happy to assist you. But on Ventrilo, you have the option to MUTE somebody. USE IT.
WE WILL NOT PENALIZE ANYBODY FOR SH1T TALKING!

Recommended:
- Save Replay's of both halves
- Screen Shot Lobby Before & After Matches
- Screen Shot Scores
- Screen Shot Players Entering & Leaving Rooms (Possible Respawn)
You can't expect an Administrator to do something about an issue you are having without proof, unless the other team admits to it. But realistically speaking here, nobody will do that. PROVIDE PROOF.
If you suspect somebody of using armor, you must screen shot you stating to the specific user: "Bob Smith, I request a screen shot for armor". If you do not provide a screen shot of you requesting a screen shot, your accusation will not be taken into consideration.
Accusations:
If you feel a player is cheating and using illegal programs to enhance their gameplay, please save the replay & an administrator will look over it. Once that is done, we recommend sending the replay into the Z8Games Support Team.

Penalties:
Weapon Violation: Lost of 3 Rounds every half used
Disrespect To Administrator: Unable to Participate In Draft
Respawn: Lost of 3 Rounds per Respawn
Hacking: Permanent Ban & Report sent to Z8Games Support Team and Team Disqualification.
Glitching: Team disqualification - Removal From Draft
Spam: Removal From Draft
Unable To Provide ScreenShot: Lost of 4 Rounds per half.

Even if they are just sidearms If you have proper admins i'd show up once.
Admins will be top of the notch. I'll be on their case and my philosophy is: I shouldn't get more problems from my staff then I do from the players. The job is simple and can be a fun process. -
