Dont Hit Tab! (small tip)
ok heres a small tip I use sometimes,
When your in game seeing your score it can sometimes effect your gameplay, for me anyway. Why? By not htting tab to see your score you can avoid seeing yourself doing good which can make you over confident and make you do worse, or you can see yourself doing bad, get mad, and make you do worse.(or rage quit )
So what i do is only hit tab to see: Ping,FPS,etc.
Yes you can see if you are ace or not but you still wont know how far or close you are from losing or gaining it because all you see is the word ace, so you can instinctively play with a little more intesity as you go on.
There are other reasons why you may want to hit tab and see your score, like recruiting for your clan or something but you get the basic idea. For a normal pub this works for me, probaly not useful for clan wars, i dont know :S.
Hope this helps It works for me.

Don't hit tab? o_o
I tab while I walk/run. It can prepare you for a great clutch. You should only be tabbing when you're dead or alive and in need a quick check on #s. Not leaving it up on your screen the whole time, 2-3 seconds max.
I agree with you on it (sometimes) being a distraction but I believe people should keep tabs. Instead of thinking "Wow my k/d fails" go with "Hey, I can still make it up".
Positive thinking can lead to good game play. -

yeah, i agree with you also on checking with numbers especially the status! when my ping is fluctuating i regularly quick tab and check on my ping b4 attacking. lag difference between players is an important factor in this game. so a quick tab to check on your ping or the players who are still alive is a good thing for me and i think its harmless. -
the only time i tab is when i lag spike xD, to see how high of a ping ive gotten this time, after my screen unfreezes =l.
i also look to see whos on top of my team, and what their clan name/ign is, to see if ive played them, or (not being racist) if there is a good chance they are hacking.
other than that i see how bad my score is most of the time, which i should stop doing =p -
Regardless i still like to look at my scoreboard to c how am i doing. I never RQ, all my 117 desertions are all from "Disconnected due to incorrect map info" IT's really messed up and Z8 needs to fix this, I never get d/c in CF China and my ping there is 200 while it's 12 in CF America.
Still a great tip!^^ -

You should have stated in your first post that you didn't want any criticism. Some people agree while others don't. What people say here will help you on your next tip/guide. -
you said tips... ppl can follow them or not! ok, seeing the scoreboard depends on your personality. if your a pessimistic/negative thinker and you are not doing good, better not quick tab. but if your an optimistic kind of a person, even though your not doing good in the game, you can use quick tab as a stimulus to make your game a better one.
p.s. FaytlAttracion, you really look gorgeous and kinda cute in ur pic. -

me too one of the best things about Tab. Well that and getting an idea if that guy teleporting across yer screen is realy lagging( i have seen ping jump iraticaly, but what i dont trust is when a player whos ping is quite normal shoots above 1k when they fight)
