Please read the rules.any bundled item will count as one (1).
If you buy 10 crates as one item that counts as 1 purchase. Not 10 purchases.
That means if bought the Dual Uzi's and 10 crates (as one item and not individually) you will need to purchase 8 more items to get your 10 free crates.
The free crates are done by purchase, not by # of crates you buy.
10 crates = 1 purchase
1 crate = 1 purchase -

Next time please put a link to the forum on the Z8games News page. I did not know i needed to buy crates 1 by 1. I bought 10 crates at 1 time for 8000 zp and got my free 10 crates. This led me to believe that i could buy 10 crates at one time and still get more free crates. AFter i got my first free crates, i bought 20 more crates (10 at a time) and did not get any more free crates??? This would be a nice event if we were more informed about the details. A lot of people are mad because it worked the first time and not the second. My question is, why did it work when i bought 10 crates with 8000 zp? I bought 20 more the next day and didnt get my crates? Are you trying to scam us or what?? Please no more events like this...
Also i put in a support ticket 4 days ago and didnt get a reply. Z8 has poor support and poor details on events..no more wasting money please -

Hi, today i bought 30 crates(1 by 1) and i didn't get all the Free Crates. I get just 20 free crates of M14EBR.why ?
Purchase 10 ZP items = 10 free crates of M14EBR. I bought 30 items...I want more 10 free crates please.
I think you must be wait about 3/2 H and you will claim it
