BL (Black List)
B-Hop
The most important thing in GM if your an BL is B-hoping.
Most noobs don't know how to B-hop so they rush. B-hop is when you move and stay mostly invisible. This is how to B-hop. Hold Ctrl (Crouch) then hold S (Down) and then tap the space bar (Jump). Then your b-hoping. You can still be visible but most of the time your not.
Low Breathe
These items help a lot. You can buy these items at the item shop. Low breathe is exactly what the name says. The GR can't hear your breathe which is quite an advantage. Low breathe is the second most important thing if your a BL in GM. First important thing is B-hop.
C4

Some noobs who have the C4 will plant immediately. This is a bad idea. Plant the C4 when 2-4 GR has been killed. That way its gonna be easier cause there less people and most of people have a few ammo left. If you have the C4 NEVER go in the vent to B site. If you do game over they win its almost impossible to retrieve that C4 back.
Some noobs who have the C4 put it at that place at Bl base in the corner of the tubes so no one can get it.
If you have the C4 don't try and get some kills you might die an lose the C4.
The C4 is the most important thing for winning.

Breathe and Pinpointing
The most important thing if your an GR. Put you headphones on listen if you listen carefully you can hear some hard breathing. That's the BL. So that's where the pinpoint in comes in.
This is how you pinpoint. Use your crosshair and circle around you at a certain spot you hear harder breathing that's where the BL is near if that happens burst 2-4 shots there and make sure you blood is on and i will get to that later. If you see blood keep bursting until they are dead. If you have a MG don't spray with it in fact don't even use it. If you spray then you can't hear. Most noobs spray. So if there was a sprayer get away from him/her.
Blood and Gamma
Blood and Gamma can be turned on at the options. Put you gamma to 100 and put blood on. This will help you see ghost when your b-hoping.
Silent Walk
Silent walk is when you hold shift and walk. That way you can move and hear footsteps. If you do then check where you think where the footsteps are coming from. If you don't see an name tag there it's a ghost. So don't make any move so don't switch to you pistol use what ever you got on you don't want them to hear you. So you ether stay there and camp there or you can shift walk there and there still moving and in there minds they'll be "OH §HIT!" and then stay still and they pretended you didn't see them so just kill them.

Nice, but nothing that most people don't use. Only I'm not a noob I plant the second I get it. Then I lure them in with it, closely keeping guard still being stealthy and keeping my distance though.

Oh sorry I didn't know you were keeping the thread going like that. I messed that up! I'll repost in a different spot. Anyways I just have a knife but if you get good you can time the stabs to the head and just lunge down on them.

I like GR more. Most say get the M60 or RPK. I hate those sprayers.
I like to have a silenced weapon (M4A1-Silver/MP5-Adv) and the Deagle Scope (Lost Relics) With a red smoke and flash. Just learn to pinpoint. I get like 30-5 in Lab/Relics if I don't get kicked. -

Breathe down is not for noobs because your a GR and can use any weapon while they only use melees. Think about it what do you think will win a knife or an M4A1? The M4A1 will win.
Also GR can hear breathe so it helps them get more kills. But if you buy low breathe they can't hear you so that's good. And i mentioned pinpointing. -

It's a nice guide, short and comprehensive, grats. But: I have a different opinion about bhop: don't know why, but I don't like it. Sure it's useful when you have to take the C4 from the middle of a riflers gang ready to fire. But other than that I don't use it. Look at the menu that appears when you're joining a gm match. It says "approach the target silently and assassinate him". Well approaching in my opinion means walking, not jumping. I like to approach the soldier and face him when I hit (the only thing is that I have to compensate somehow for not bhopping, so I slash with axe, in the head it's instant kill). They may call me noob slasher but it's fine, it's just my tactic. Pro soldiers that I kill like that never complain about it, because they realize that I only have melee weapon and I don't bhop while they have rifle, pistol and grenades. In my opinion what I do is a tactic. If you don't agree, discuss, but please keep it decent, it's just a personal opinion, not an offense.

You forgot to mention losing the bomb in a vent as it is bad as losing in it b vents.GR (Global Risk)

You should have mentioned using silenced weapons to help you hear while your shooting.
Also its easier for a ghost to kill you when you shift walk because your moving slower. -

I want to enlighten you people as to why buying low breath is USUALLY noob...
If you can bhop fast and erratically enough then you buy yourself enough time to get in close and slash their head.
So unless you're afraid of bhopping near a pro and messing up, then buying the breath down item is useless.
So idk maybe I wouldn't use noob as the word to describe it, I guess it's just more for those who are not willing to put effort and practice into their bhop.
That said if you are a ghost mode amateur then I don't advise buying breath down, practice without it so it's more challenging for you =p -
The basics,and kinda wrong,
1.bhop is a non stop jumping,the idea of a gm bhop is the same as moving really slow while crouching,u wont be seen either
2.the bd only makes your breath lower,still possible for a gr to hear yah
3.the only time u need to plant the bomb,if u can bhop properly,is when the grs are camping,and planting the bomb is only to loot them out,not to camp in the site,but to go searching them in the ways to the site,even if its 1v8 u can win this way
4.in my opinion,using an smg in a gm match is better,its close range between u and the ghost,so smg wins in this position
5.u should also put on low textures,easier to c the ghosts
6.Silent walk is a down side,easier to hit a walking gr,the good points about it,is not hearing the footsteps(u can hear footsteps either way),but making u soundless as a gr,making the normal bls unable to find u when they bhop
and one more thing for a gr,u need to pay attention to the map all the time,whenever your team mate gets killed,or the area is 2empty -

you dont need headphones, just set the volume at 80% and for the CF sound effects set it at 73. i can still pinpoint breath with these settings. -
