The emu is real but incredibly slow. I havent tried it yet.

Not worth downloading PS3 .iso's for that.

It's unrealistic for pc's to emulate a PS3 or an Xbox360 producing stable, playable framerates.

You can emulate a wii and run it in full HD on any semi-decent pc tho, but yeah.. not like the wii is a powerful piece of hardware anyways.

why emulate it? most ps3 games are also available on the pc. IMO emulators are supposed to bring nostalgia, for example the n64 emulator.
