MK23 Scoom or Deagle Camo
Well i am getting a M4A1-Custom and i want a nice pistol that goes with it (what i am trying to say is i need a non zp pistol that's black).
So i can do it the easy way which is just buy the MK Scoom or i can do it the hard way (not really hard cause i won it on my other well i don't know 2 accounts) which is test my luck on the Deagle Camo crates which is gonna take me around 32000 gp.

Try it with "M9" , "P228" , "USP" , "Glock-18" .. This GP Guns are Black

The Deagle Scope IS a ZP Crate wether or not you can get it from the daily missions. It's not because it can come from another source than the black market that it stops from being ZP.
You could still win a huge amount of GP from these 5 crates. -

From your position, you can only get the MK23 Socom. But either way, it's strong, accurate, and has a lot of bullets. It's almost better than the D.E. just because of the r.o.f. and amount of bullets. -

It might take more or less than that. So go Socom if you only hold 32k gp. -
Deagle.
Socom RPS is 7.0 and does 38 damage with a chest shot with in 5 meters.
Deagle RPS is 4.7 and does 61 damage with a chest shot with in 5 meters.
They have the same recoil, so when it comes down to it deagle will kill faster and have less recoil issues. Socom only has more bullets then deagle well taking more too kill.
