crossfire custom resolution/refresh modes bug

crossfire only works in fullscreen if i started it from a driver pre-defined resolution/refresh modes
and if i started it from a 1024x768@117hz, 1152x864@105hz or 1280x960@95hz custom resolution/refresh mode crossfire run in windowed mode
i have to change refresh mode to 1024x768@100hz, 1152x864@100hz or 1280x960@85hz before starting
refreshforce like apps and "hide modes that this monitor cannot display" causes the same malfunction
i cannot hide pre-defined resolution/refresh modes and cannot started it from a custom resolution/refresh mode
other games works well without any problems
