that you give ESLHi the position of forum moderator as his last two years of being on this forum doing nothing but repeating the forum rules to other members and writing up essays about the greatness of z8games and it's current moderators truly deserves him the position. it's only a matter of time before he drops dead because of the exhaustion from all the sleepless nights being on the forums speculating about how he will become a moderator.

he also has 10000+ posts, and only 9000 are copy-pastes of this:

MOD positions are chosen by the GM's and staff working at Z8.
There are many reasons people are chosen to be MODs, some are easy to see, some aren't quite as easy to see.
However there are no set guidelines to becoming one so only this part matters;

If you get chosen to be a MOD, your a MOD. Doesn't matter how.

Past that there is no reason to even worry or bother about such. So there is no real need for these kinds of threads. Hi does a good job and glad he is helpful around the community. If he gets chosen, he gets chosen. If not, then not. Everyone has an equal opportunity since only those choosing know what they are looking for.
