can we blacklist certain sites that contain hacks

is there any way of blacklisting site that contain hacks that you have to pay for as it aint legal and well its fraud i know you can blacklist and even get soime sites shut down is there any way of doing the same to these hack sites

pm a [MOD] the hack site and tell him to put it in the filter, so it wouldn't be possible to type it. but i guess this is a waste of time, because some people use periods to advertise their websites for example h.a.c.k.e.r.s.f.a.i.l.c0m

most will just simply use those link protector sites

I think that's what he means. But to shut down these sites you need lawyers, don't know if they are willing to spend money to shut them down when these sites can always open up under another name.
