ping problem

yeh so my ping is west coast server is normally 180. but about a week ago it changed to 220-250. however, my ping in alpha is still the same, 260. It seems the problem must be the west coast server because i have also tried a new modem and it hasn't made a difference.

any other ideas?

even tho the mods and GM's and dev's will all deny it being crossfires fault...

we dont beleive it... they say its probably our internet providers or something liek that, but i dont see how if so many people are suffer9ign from the same problem, all who use various internet providers... its like saying everyone but themselfs are in the wrong...

i want cf to sort this out instead of denying there flaws, its crossfire not us, sort it out guys and stop hiding behind falce words.

i was really hoping it was my modem or router but it wasnt.

im getting a new isp in 1-2 weeks time (just a coincidence) so if it still weird then it would be interesting what affect a new isp would have on it.
