Error Init Rendering().Shutting Down.

This keeps happening and all previous times after restarting the computer, its fine until i close the game and try opening it. Then i have to restart computer again. Now it doesnt go away. I have DirectX 9.0 with 958MB of RAM

click start, click run, type dxdiag, click on display tab, tell me your aprox total memory

Ensure, that you got the latest Windows Updates installed and that your Graphic Drivers are up to date.
Close all unnessessary background processes that you dont need to play Crossfire with something like Gamebooster.

don't use custom resolutions/refresh rates with refreshforce or similar programs
crossfire don't like it
or crash at start or don't do fullscreen

approx. memory is 64.0 MB

Make sure that your video card drivers are up to date. I had the same problem, when I updated my video card drivers it worked.
