Well, I recently snapped my headset in half. If you want to know why then post or pm me.

Anyways I'm looking for a new headset under $100. I'd like to get one below $75, but I'll go 100 for it.

*I need one with a mic attached*

Siberia V2 (goes for around 80), but if you want something REALLY cheap you can go for plantronics (30-40)

I don't really know if I should go with a high dollar headset since I did snap this one in half over something game related.

I constantly hear good things about the Senheiser HD555's and they go for about $50-80 american.. only big difference is that there a closed ear headset and if you looking at siberias which are open, you may not like it and they could even hurt your ears after prolonged use

I would recommend you get a decent pair of earbuds with low bass levels so you can hear directional sound properly. You don't need anything fancy since the game uses stereo sound.

Then hang a mic around your neck.

ya steelseries siberia v2 are really good. bad on looks but super comfy and great quality. another really good headset i heard about (goes for like 150 but i found it on newegg for 85) was the logitech g35

I got my Siberia v2 at the local electronic store for $99!

Turtle Beaches PX21's i think they are.. there about 80 bucks Canadian or so. they work for xbox360, ps3 and pc. o and ipod basically anything if there's a usb plug in ; ).. Anyways, great for gaming, ive had for a while. it's just great works for anything, and you can get from any store really.

sennheiser hd555 are open eared.


any headset can hurt your ears after prolonged use if the decibels are too high.
