You're talking as though 100% of England's population are a part of it.
It's limited to the "chavs" and "low class citizens" who have nothing else to turn to. I'd go into why they're complete pr1cks but that is a completely different story.

You'll see that many "normal" people in England have stood up for their towns. Some have also given their lives for their communities.
