SPOP character not showing up

I have just bought the SPOP character in the item mall on the z8games website. It said I bought it and subtracted 8200 ZP from my balance.

Then I went in game, and when I go into my storage, the character doesn't show up! Same thing after a match. On the results page, nothing shows up at the top right, where before I had my SWAT person raising his gun in victory or looking down in defeat... What's going on? why isn't the SPOP showing up in both places?

The character works in game though.

Anyone else having this problem? Help is highly appreciated!

did you buy it when you already had the game open or not? cause if you did just reload CF if not, send a help ticket.

You did select it as your main character before going into battle?
If not you should go to storage: CHAR: and select SPOP out of that list. (you dont see her automatic)

Yes,

I did set it as my main, even though the entire time I couldn't see her.

I can see the arms and stuff when I'm playing and stuff, but I can't see her in the storage or results page.

I also did send a support ticket but no one has answered. Do the game moderators check this forum too?

The support doesnt work over the weekend, be patient, if you expect a answer from them
If you dont have it in your Storage somewhere, go into the Mall and see, if you can buy it again. If you got it already, it should say, that you already bought that Item.
Otherwise try to buy it again or use another browser for the order.
If these dont help, you probably need to wait for the support to solve that problem..

You Have to go to storage then CHAR then select SPOP then select MAIN!
