Behold, the K2 Custom :D

The K2 Custom would have lower power due to a silencer, making the K2 a 4 hit body kill and still a one hit headshot. It has a little reflex sight. The zoom through it is in the second link. Slower firing rate, but just by a bit. Same insane accuracy. Bit more heavy. Same low recoil. 35/105 ammo. Links are right here and leave your comments below. Spent about 20 minutes on the pictures. Using a silencer doesnt mean that your weapons have lower power. It just silences the weapon. Anyways, i like the idea! Nice drawings too.

Suppressed weapons use subsonic ammo to make the suppressor effective. Subsonic ammo has a lower velocity than regular supersonic ammo. Thus you can say that suppressed weapons do less damage due to having less power in their ammo.

No, if you think they should do only one of the two, then you're wrong. Reskins AND New guns is what we need. Just one can make the game boring. Too many of the same old guns = Boring. Too many new guns = Boring. Why does too many new guns=boring? Because then you dont even get to try them out since there is too many. Yes, some people will get/try all the weapons, but not all. Which is the problem. Do you see my point? (Just a heads up, Im not trying to argue here, so please dont take this that way)

That varies. With some guns it is the size of the round, with others it is the powder mixture that changes. It doesn't really matter which one of the two changes, as long as the powder mixture doesn't fire off the bullet faster than the speed of sound.
