So im getting a new video(graphic) card since my current one is trash (8mb lol)

u never said which is which 1 being the best or the worst vice versa to 10

but either get the one from the 2nd link or a higher version because your fps will probebly only go up to 100 at the max and thats when theres only about 3 or 4 ppl in a room on a general basis you will get about 20-50 fps
