Install Problem ..

i was quit CF like 1 week so i came back i installed it and here what i got ..

i installed a new windows i installed direct X , Netfarmwork , Microsoft Visual C++


i downloaded the game from the official downloader


and still gives me da same problem

what is this missing file? -.-

any solutions ?
