Problems after a Patch

If the Auto-Patch is finished, the HGWC thing is "Detecting a changed file (.....)" sometimes i have to restart CF 5 times to play. I thought that HGWC is detecting that the files changed because of patching, but why should it then abort CF? Another problem is that HGWC is detecting hacks and throw me out of the game. Thats really ridiculous, because i know, that i dont hack, and i have very often seen hackers in action, ridiculously today, on prison td (sniper) were THREE wall hackers, but none of them has been banned. I even saw speed hackers, to be more precise, programs playing an account. So, whatever I've written, help me with the problems I have and do something against hackers.

PS: the prefix could also be loading errors, i wasnt sure
