exact same problem... i have steyer auyer auga a1 (b) and the recoil causes me to get headshots always...(usually i get first shot kills cuz i can predict recoil) i get called a waller for waiting for someone to come via sound then shoot them around corner
in one of the SND modes there is a smal lcrate which i hide behind and when i see someone walk past buy i shoot them , get called camper , i use sniper in td , called aimbotter and kicked , epic killstreak with desert eagle 37 out of 40 kills were headshots and jumping (aimbotter)
You know its hard out here for a pro

oh yeah and if anyone on the opposing team annoys you just shoot them then shoot their corpse ^_^

Just ignore and keep playing if they kick you, take that as a good thing because obviously you don't hack so that just shows that you're using tactics and thinking out what u should do to get the kill. Unlike the others who just rush and dont pay attention then die and blame it on the person who killed them because they suck..

Just keep doing what you're doing and be happy.
