M4A1 or AK 47
I'm having trouble of deciding which gun is better i have an M4A1 right now and i am a god with it but i heard an AK 47 is pretty good and has a lot of perks but it needs a lot of skill to use on the other hand i have a M4A1 that's so easy to use and has some perks. Please help me.

M4 is all around better (midrange, long range), but the AK will dominate the M4 at close range if you know how to spray and if you can aim and burst the AK is equally good. I went through an AK phase but now im back to my M4 silver/Elite and rarely use my aks.

Because i think i can be good with an AK 47 but i don't know how hard it is to control its recoil but i haven't used one before.
Best score with M4A1: Alpha server Rank Corporal 47/21 47 kills 21 deaths 2 vs 2 me and staff sargent vs a luteinent and trainee we won ^.^. Another one is 16 vs 16 alpha server 31/11.

M4 is always a good weapon to go with, it's a great gun to use when you are having a bad day, Ak can really put you in a slump sometimes and you won't do so well,
what i suggest is buy the Ak47, it is better than the m4 only in the correct hands, also if you don't end up liking the ak47 you can always make a new account for the m4 since it really doesn't require a high rank.
Both guns are good in all ranges, the ak wins because of the higher damage output once you master the spread/recoil. -
ak47: 316.9 damage per second
m4a1: 299.6 damage per second
so close range ak47 wins.

you do realize that is pretty much worthless because not every bullet registers with the server in this game? -

depends how much you lag, I have 36 ping so most of my bullets register.
I make things as black and white as possible, do you know the % that bullets register? because I do not. This gives a general idea of how powerful guns are, if you think it's useless you're missing the point. -

i have 28 ping and it still takes at least 10 bullets to kill someone, it is useless because you can just look at the RoF on gun stats since every bullet doesn't reg you will want a gun with high dmg and high RoF, you don't need to waste your time calculating repetitive simple arithmetic. -

you're still missing the point, if you put 2 people infront of eachother and they start shooting at exactly the same time and hit the same places but are using different guns, the gun with the higher DPS will win. This is not a "this gun is way better because it's 5 ranks higher then the other gun", it's a general idea of how powerful guns are in comparison to other guns.
people aren't going to figure this out for themselves, they need someone to do it for them. this is where I come in, I make it easier for other people by making it next to effortless to know which guns do more DPS, without having to do all of the boring calculations. -

so you're telling me it doesn't matter what gun you use? because it clearly does. according to what you're saying the only thing that us as players can control that matters is the spray pattern? -

no it does but that dmg output is not accurate because there are so many factors around ping/internet speed/server etc, an m4 or ak can win in a situation spraying at each other, so obviously something is wrong.
but I'm sure you have a better chance at winning if your gun has a higher DPS -

That doesnt make u GOD. i made 40/13 with M4 in a TD....not hard.....u get lucky it works. Luteinent arent always good. Don't ever call urself good, or even OK. There is always room for improvement and a whole WORLD of people are probably better than u. -

lol, i went 93/14 with my minimi in a TDM in egypt. no hack just skill. actually very easy.
i also went 64/8 on ship TDM in a pistol only game. only reason i died so much is i ran outa bullets. -

i got over 90 kills 3 games in a row, the first i was using a thompson, the second a kriss and the third a minimi. with the minimi i got like 115 or something. most of the games i had about 30 deaths.
i rarely play egypt nowadays but it's very easy.
