Graphics Card
Well birthday is coming along and I'm wanting to spend some money on some upgrades for my computer(Rest on cloths and towards a day out). I've purchased 4GB RAM for my computer which will help my FPS increase by a good amount. Roughly giving me from 30-40FPS in a 1v1 to 70-100FPS. 5V5 Leading around 30-40? But I would like to increase that 5v5 FPS into 50-60+ with a graphics card looking around £25-35.

I run a GT 430 on a 220w PSU without problems. The recommended wattages to run video cards are always higher than what they really are.305 W psu
won't get you much the best card you can get for around that price is a 5450 if you add 20 dollars more you can get Radeon HD 5550 which is 30% more performance and runs at a flat 20 W -

depends how good the psu is, if your psu is rated and is around 300-400 you can run most cards but since its a dell stock PSU, they are usually not top of the line. -
RAM doesn't increase fps speed. It allows more processes to run on your computer. If you want to increase FPS speed upgrade your video card.
It does for this game, as it's very much a CPU and RAM intensive game.
Though RAM will increase fps in most other games too, so yeah. -

Nvidia GT 520 / GT 430 if you stretch your budget to £45
ATI HD 6450 / Radeon HD 5570 If you can stretch your budget to £50
My GT 520 plays COD6 MAXED OUT 16x AA on about 20-30 Fps with only 2GB RAM and Dual Core 2.2
6450 is a stronger card and a little cheaper but the GT 430 and the Radeon HD 5570 worth spending the extra money -
5570 can run on a 305 stock dell PSU and is 50% better than the 5450 and better than a 520/430

If you're not willing to pay extra and upgrade the PSU, don't bother looking at the enthusiast nVidia cards, mine for example requires a 700w PSU minimum. -
