Does Support Reply Back?
Well i came back from a trip a few days ago. my brother was using my account and he accidentally brought the combat axe permanent from coupons. i send a support ticket like 3 days ago explaining that i would like a refund, but i still didn't get a response. i was wondering if support is even there or is ignoring me.

Yes they do reply back, They will get to you when they get to you. As for your reason I don't think you should be refunded because it is your fault for letting your family access your account. GM's rarely work hahahah,this thing of gms not working on weekends made me laugh,i have never seen an forum like this where gms doesnt asnwer,its a ghost forum,i see alot of gms listed below but none of them work,i could be there also,I DONT WORK TOO!!!!!! XD
