Error while starting CF

Hi, when I start CrossFire, I become these error Answer: "InitRenderer(). Shutting down." What is wrong?

Whats the configuration of your pc (Graphic card, etc)?

Whats your Operating System?
Did you check, if you got the latest graphic and directx drivers installed and if new Windows Updates are available?
Also if you got Windows 7 64 Bit, there are new graphic drivers available for Nvidia and Ati on the manufactureres website.
