hi there, i made a payment today to buy 20k z8 "points" but i still have the same balance in the account and my credit card was charged. is there any help form that i can use? any direct line or its just beter to bounce the money and try again?

now is buddieshops that doesnt answer...
how ******ed can this 2 companys be? how mutch longer must i wait till i can have my money or my z8 credits.....
i mean theres nothing missing from my end.. i have my bank charged i have the extract to prove it
and i dont have the zp to show for...

The few times i bought zp never had a problem..my advice to you is to use paypal, if they do not give you the zp, you can open a dispute...how much time for you to get an answer? i would say that by 30 February you could have an answer from them lol (sorry mate, black humor)

Take a print screen of the account by the date you made the purchase and require the bank to send you a Bank Statement and send in a support ticket.
Contact the bank first and try to Cancel the purchase.
If not possible then contact Z8 and they will help. -

i already talk to my bank and the transaction was made and confirmed, on the last msg that i send to the z8 support i send a print scren of my bank transfers whit the payment to z8 true buddyshops and they closed the support ticket and send me to talk to buddieshops true a support e-mail, the fact now is that they didnt do nothing in all does days and now im still waiting for a 1st contact from buddyshopps.
the only thing that my bank can do now is cancel my CC and open a bank fraud payment from buddyshopps/z8 due to this situacion.. -
Same with me!! i bought 200k ZP yesterday at 8:30 PM its now 10:32 AM
I have NOT received a thing yet,

If the issue isn't being solved, call your bank, have them reverse the charges. I've had the same problem with Paypal not clearing - $80 worth of ZP - but ZP fixed the problem within 2-3 hours of my request. It may not be Z8's fault. I would first call your bank and then resubmit a support ticket but this time, be sure to write it clearly, provide all of the pertinent information, state that you have a bank statement as evidence, but drop the attitude. No one likes to speak with someone that has a bad attitude.
