The "Hazard" name card is just a background for your name in game.


But you can buy an actual name change with zp.

this will also boost your gp but the more gp you want, the more expensive the card will be(in zp)

yep what Bruce said, its just a background card, when you see people with those fancy things in their background, that is what it is. you have to buy it with zp though, but it does give you GP
