Security question

hi...i was just wondering is there any way to return my security question.i tried 1 time but need to fill 2 correct answers of 4...the problem is these are 4 qestions...1.email,2.security question,3.date when i created my account and the last one is my IP adress...so the problem is a know my email and i can change my password but when i tried to login to my email it wont login so i cant change my security and i cant see when did i create my account...i could try with IP adress but i think you get new IP everytime you install new windows and now i dont know what to do -.-'...if anyone knows the answer i would really apreciatte it and sry about my bad english iam Croatian.
