Idea to make Crossfire more interesting

I've been thinking a while about how to make CrossFire more interesting to competition players who prefer playing other FPS games and I thought about something like CFTV.
This 'TV' feature is used in games like counterstrike and also in other games like Enemy Territory (a 9 year old game which can still count around 10k players to their active competition comunity). I used to play the game Enemy Territory on a decent niveau and I'm in the opinion that this special TV feature is the main thing keeping this game alive. There was also a website made, where you can register your match and ask for a ETTV server with around 75 to 250 slots (related to the fame and skill of your clan).
You guys probably think: "O WAIT there is a observer option you can use when you open a room in crossfire!"
Well, there is one but guys from the opposite clan can observe your team this way and tell their guys about their position and so on.. Via the TV feature you can delay the time of the spectated match, to prevent this way of cheating.
Since z8games theirselves provide the servers of CrossFire this ain't hard to make.

Think about it, let me know your opinion and tell me how to improve this idea.
