Button Help

I am having trouble with my HUD. Buttons don't work when directly clicked on, but move a bit to the right and a copy appears that DOES work, but only if your not outside the HUD. The register button, same deal, but it works only barely outside of the HUD. I am running an eMachines computer, with Windows 7, Crossfire is unblocked from my Firewall, nothing I know could be obstructing this. Can I get some help? Oh, and I can't post attachments, so I don't have a picture for you, sorry.
