They announced the UK server before it was confirmed, then stuff happened and it got a huge delay and a very mad EU community for a year.



That is why they never announce a server in advance any more, until its up and running.

Yes they are indeed making a BR server.

They just do not want to confirm it because people will expect one and soon, and also if they make a epic fail then they can say it was "data collection".

Similar rubbish responses were given when people were requesting a BR server "we have no plans for one" (quite recent this was said) - Proves they lie:p
