New version of nProtect
I'm having windows 7 32-bit for a few days now. But I really want to play crossfire..
I asked on several forums if there was a fix available. And this is what I got as a reply:
So yeah, when will Z8games update these runtimes so people like me can execute crossfire without getting a BSOD caused by gameguard. I'm sorry for crying about this but seriously it needs to be solved asap .

Not true. Gameguard itself is already compatible with win7.
I can only repeat, for the nth time, that if it still doesn't work for any game out there that uses game guard, then it's because the provider didn't get the latest version from nProtect. It's neither windows' not nProtect's fault if the providers are not updating their gameguard runtimes.
Phantasy Star Universe uses GameGuard too and i'm running it fine on both 64 and 32 bit win7.
That's because SEGA reacted fast and updated the runtimes.

Although this could be a he said she said situation.
Either way, use windows 7 64 bit in the meantime.
I can't upgrade to a windows 7 64-bit.. it would cost me like 200€ and I don't feel like downloading an illegal copy.
This aint solving the problem..
