he will only get a ban if he is found to have done something wrong and no you cant get a ban for writing this for him he will just have to wait and see if he gets banned or not

i hope so because then we must find a other game or don`t get a ip bann or such a thing my brother said so what to me (and sry for my bad english)

If hes not on the Banlist, it means, his account is under Investigation by the GM's for whatever reason.
He can contact the Support and ask them for more informations or how long the ban will be set for.
But otherwise he cant do anything except of waiting for the Answer/Reaction of the Support.
