How I can ban hackers??

I have a replay of a clan that hacks. They were 3 people. But how I can ban hackers or how can I write a Ticket to the GMs and give them the replay to check this ???

Just create a new Support Ticket with the Replay and a Screenshot of their names included.
They'll come back to you as soon as possible

rename the replay to the hackers names and get a print screen with the hackers names upload them both to megaupload and send the download links to GMSaidin

You can watch your replays in the Storage in game.
And you can find the replay files in Documents/Crossfire folder in windows.
