Im not someone who usually buys new characters or anything like that but this idea seems pretty decent. I don't think that this will happen but the idea itself isn't bad.

Actually, from the time STAR came out and SIA came out I noticed two things: STAR runs 5% faster it seems since I can outrun-ish mutants, and SIA actually is more accurate. As for GSG9 and SPOP I dont know. Maybe GSG9 does more damage and SPOP can reload faster?
that is just completely stupid.... and how do you figure its 5%? and how is a character more accurate? -

No. Then it would make the ZP characters pointless like they are now. Giving the ZP characters special perks would give people a reason to buy them. -

The ZP characters aren't pointless.
The ZP characters are a new skin.
You buy new skins on league of legends, no buffs are added.
You buy skins on basically all MMORPG's no buffs are added. -

They arent skins. They are characters. CHARACTER. SKIN. Two different things. Are you that blind?! The SKINS you talk about are new dress-ups for a certain CHARACTER. Smart ass. Ask anyone, it's basic logic. -
