hu? Why you pay for drivers?? You normally can load them for free at the developers website.
Did you check, if you got new Windows Update for Vista to install?
You can also try and run Crossfire in the Combatibility Mode for Windows Xp (Service Pack 3), but i doubt that brings much success..
The Directx 11 drivers you can install from here.
Also what Graphic Card do you have? Then i can help you searching a driver for that. -

Then do, what your supposed to do.. go and contact the Support of your Computer Manufacturer with a simple Email, asking if theres a new Graphic Driver available for your Graphic Card, where you can download it and include the Specs of your Computer.
They'll get back to you normally soon

also i need to purchase a backup disk but i dont want to do it cause i dont know and i dont want to make my own now because of my laptop be screwed up at the moment so waste of disks.
Also i am gunna try this so how can i reinstall windows.
Im goin to go from windows vista home basic to windows xp prof.
Please if you can post a video link to this it will help in this case i need to restart whole computer and do not want to keep files and that but i do not want to go through and download all the drivers because i will stuff up i know i will

uhm no his graphics card doesnt heat its kinda called the blue screen of death and it is also called a memory dump.
it happens when 2 softwares or whatever try to use the same .... {don't know how to say it} at the same time.
you should get another wndows version.
or for ex u have vista? get xp
it haappened to me 3 times.
like one day it gave me the blue screen and everytime i open my laptop it gave me the same blue screen so i couldnt use it until i reinstalled my windows.
Then i got fed up and bought a desktop pc. -

You should backup all your nessessary files from your actual hard drive, before reinstalling Windows.
Ensure, that you got all nessessary Drivers ready by hand, that you got your Windows Version and your Windows Key ready to use.
Also if you got external Drives installed, make sure, that you got the nessessary Hardware drivers available.
Otherwise.. have fun reinstalling -
well my problem is when i open up crossfire even as administrator on my windows vista home basic 32 Bit. I have a blue screen and then my computer restarts its so annoying cause i really want to get back in and play crossfire. I have tried to update all of my drivers. I was goin to reinstall windows but go back to windows xp but it was to complicated. Also if you have any suggestions PM me and i will give you further information (only if needed).
ALL HELP WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED!!
