I get this when i press buttons or talk on vent while cf is loading. try starting your game and dont tab out or anything while it loads. try that and let me know if that works

Check, if your Windows Updates are up to date.
Check the Developers website to download the Sound Drivers again.
Ensure, that you run Crossfire as Administrator.
Restart your Computer and see, what happens
