Account Security Update

Hello Z8Gamers,

We have made a change to the way Account Email Change requests are handled.

Now an email is sent notifying the change request to the old email address. This is in addition to the standard confirmation of change email going to the new account email address.


To clarify this process some more this exactly what happens:

1. When you go to change your email address it asks you for your security question answer and the new email address you would like to change it to.

2. When the change is confirmed on the Z8Games website, a confirmation email is sent to the new email address. The account holder must then click the link contained within this email to confirm the change. (as per the standard previous established)

3. Additionally we are now sending an email to the OLD email address as well which will contain a notification of this change. (this is the new step to help with your security so you know when the email on your account is being changed)

Having this additional email can help with account verification purposes and can make changing emails that much more complicated for scam sites and scammers.


We are always looking out for your account security and are working with our systems to make sure that your account remains as secure as possible.

Please remember NEVER to give out any account information (including the login ID) to anyone. And to make sure that the only place you enter in your account information is through the game client or the website www.z8games.com.

Additionally please note that using some malicious programs may be harmful to your pc and your account security as they may contain key loggers designed to steal your information.
