Universal Language?

I really don't know why you would discriminate people like that. They don't want to learn English, fine by me. As long as they know how to play and understand radio messages, I have nothing against them.
When I join a room, I'm not exactly looking to have a discussion with every player there. If you don't like it, just ignore the chat?
Explain to me how it is discrimination.
I even tell Japanese people in the game to stop typing in Japanese. I even explain to them why it is necessary that they at least need to try and type in English and its not like I speak tourist Japanese, they understand what Im saying.
Yes, thats true. But its not the same when you understand what they are saying, and all they are doing is just talking smack in another language and then on top of that, they refuse to listen to you.
Which is why I made this suggestion in the first place. Yeah, if they understood what you meant, then I wouldnt have a problem.
I mean think about it... Why would somone suggest something if what the suggestion is suggesting for is already existant? -
That would stop all non-English in game chat for sure but some of those people might be English speakers, so what then?
And I don't think Z8 will do that, because Z8 are and have been enticing non-English speaking people to play hence a foreign language sign up page and they will naturally talk non-English in game .
Speaking foreign languages is a real problem though esp in UK servers with Arabic, I have no idea what they are saying at all and for all I know they could be talking about me.
It still allows non-english players to play, and to sign up, it just doesnt allow them to use 'chat'. They can still use 'whispering' and 'radio messaging'. When someone isnt currently in north america or the UK, it will show a little '*' next to their ping. -
I has an idea. Z8 should allow ANY players to play (Like now) but the only difference is, when you create an account, it requires you list where you are currently staying. Depending on where you are, currently, will decide whether you are allowed to use public chat or not c:I live in a non-English speaking country, yet I speak English just fine. So why shouldn't I be allowed to use the chat, based on where I live?

^this is discrimination.
What Im asking for isnt.
I just dont want to see IEIEIEIEIE being spammed in the lobby and in pub matchs literally everywhere in westcoast.
Its ridiculous. -
I agree with some threads, but I think it is also because when people come and realize they're from the same country, they automatically talk in their language.
I live in a non-English speaking country and english is not my first language.
Sometimes I meet some people from my country or speaking my language, and yet I keep talking in english.
Most of the time they don't even know, I am from the same country.
I also lived in a english speaking country for a year, I know what it is like for english speaking folks to be frustrated when you see some guys talking in a language you can't understand.
But sometimes when you want to talk quickly, you don't really have the time to translate or even can't do it. (especially for the kids that do not speak english).
I agree with the ppl talking in their language with their names in the middle of the sentence, and then you see the F11 etc
